滷肉燥

　　今天照著阿基師的書去買滷肉燥的材料，跑到了國光路大買家量販店和台中路全聯福利中心，居然都沒有紅蔥頭和老抽，問大賣場人員居然沒人知道老抽是什麼！回到實驗室問老師到底哪裡可以買到紅蔥頭和老抽，後來跑到第三市場的南北貨行買到了紅蔥頭，雖然老抽店裡有貨，但實在太大瓶了，我只需要一小匙啊！老闆說因為都是營業用，所以只會更大瓶不會更小瓶。

　　歷經好幾個小時才完成，在過程中，刀不利肉超難切，真的超！難！切！尤其是豬皮的部分，都要使上蠻力才切得斷，切完的時候我的右手整個快廢了= ..=

　　就不照成品照了，因為看起來沒那麼可口，就只是練菜罷了，有些缺點待改進，油太多，肉太大塊，水加太多，香料下太重(聞起來超濃，可是吃起來卻不會，超級不解！)

　　自己去買材料才知道一些材料的真面目，比如說紅蔥頭、老抽之類的，原來切紅蔥頭會像切洋蔥一樣讓人內牛滿面T口T

　　就是今天，我故意把GRE考試排在我的生日，看這樣會不會有加持，答案是一點也沒有！還是要再報名一次，不過有比上次進步了，這倒是蠻欣慰的。

　　BTW，昨天晚上去吃南興肉圓的時候發現店裡的電風扇實在太有特色、太「穩」了！忍不住就拿起手機拍了下來。

是不是超穩!!!!!

　　晚上意外地在小火鍋店慶生，一切實在是太自然的，我完全沒有發現，還真是謝謝大家

How I Met Your Mother?

　　最近學弟推薦我一部影集─How I Met Your Mother? 看了以後不停地按下一集，這種生活化的劇情居然如此吸引人，到底Mother是誰啊？！，為了找到答案只好一直看，真是太折騰人了吧！

　　今天自然醒~九點整，好像是應該的吼？都頹廢那麼多天了(遠目)，艷陽高照但迎面拂來的微風卻帶了些許涼意，秋又更明顯了，早餐是小七的餐包和麥香的水沙連奶茶(之前都喝舞鶴奶茶，但是看別人手上都是拿水沙連，所以就嘗試看看)，結帳時總共要六十六元，有沒有搞錯，好貴啊啊啊！我覺得舞鶴奶茶比較好喝。正在吃早餐的同時，老師走進來說停水了，我心裡OS說「哪泥！？我今天打算都窩在實驗室了說，居然上完廁所不能洗手吃完飯不能洗手連水都沒得喝！」，死撐到吃完午餐後實在受不了不洗手的感覺只好打道回府，洗不了手的感覺真的很糟，如果水資源枯竭永遠洗不了手拉屎不能擦屁股怎麼辦啊？(淚奔)(好像要先擔心會不會渴死吧(咦?))

　　晚上還是買了晚餐跑到實驗室來了，為什麼呢？因為沒電腦用感覺自己像個殘廢，依賴度實在太高了，吃飯配電影是必備的啊！(拇指)，於是乎在風行找呀找的，找到了一部叫做「時間規劃局」的高清電影，就決定是它了！

 　　我蠻喜歡這部片的構想的，當時間就是金錢，世界將如何運轉，當貧富沒有了差距，會發生什麼變化，是災難？還是希望？但雖然構想很棒，但我覺得題目太大，以致於在不到兩個小時的片長，能表達的，也僅止於一小角，看得不夠過癮，如果是寫成系列小說，或許能讓整個架構更趨於完整，總的來說，是一部值得我們省思的好片。

昨天半夜首波東北季風來到，

打了響雷　下了大雨　驚醒了熟睡中的我，

也帶來了些許的惆悵。秋天

趾高氣昂地來了，

雖然　白天的艷陽高照

令人感受不到絲毫的秋意

但微涼的夜　無法否認　秋


　　覺得出國念書好像不是那麼遙遠，但又有點那麼遙不可及，太多的不確定性，有時會有點卻步，開始懷疑自己是否想得不夠周到，是否當初不該作出如此選擇，心中冒出許多問號，卻苦思不出答案。儘管如此，腦袋中總會有個聲音不斷地迴盪著「這決定是對的」、「既然有機會出去看一看，就好好地衝一發！」，莫名地動力支撐著我準備TOEFL、準備GRE以及繁雜的申請資料，讓我一步一步地朝著人生新的旅程前進。

　　最近深深覺得我是個離不太開習慣的人，上高中的時候，週末回家時都是坐從捷運忠孝復興站發車的基隆客運搭到瑞芳或金瓜石再由父親來接我，因為這樣，我完全不會坐火車，直到快上大學有一次跟同學們出去玩，我才知道火車怎麼坐，時刻表怎麼看，原來易如反掌，而且時間節省好多，坐起來還比較舒服 (當然是能「坐著」的時候)，習慣如一道高牆，一旦築起，便難以推倒和攀越，總是得花一番功夫才得以到牆外，看到廣闊的世界。BTW，現在不只會坐火車還會坐高鐵囉！(兩個根本一樣，我也不知道有什麼好驕傲XD)，但還不會自己坐飛機就是了，我想應該該也是一塊蛋糕吧 (遠目

　　「不吃重複的店家計畫」目前進行的還頗為順利，雖然有破了一次例但也是迫於無奈啊！比起不吃重複的食物，這個有夠難，已經從走路去買飯進化到一定要騎機車去尋找沒吃過的店家了，不過因此我也吃了沒吃過的店家，但也擔心到時候該不會要跑到車程四十分鐘遠的地方覓食吧！？@@

　　今天學姊買了一張團購餐券，所以午餐時間實驗室一同到傣燒用餐，剛到門口第一個感覺就是這家店好低調，招牌沒有很醒目

　　一進到店裡，完全感受不出它是一家提供泰式料理的餐廳，佈置與裝飾非常有美式風格

 

　　不過在品嚐每一道料理後，都頗受我們好評，幾乎每個人都多添了一碗飯

 　　還蠻適合一夥人去吃的，氣氛不錯，服務生酷酷的都不太笑，但不至於不禮貌，餐點的部分很適合喜歡吃辣的人，不太敢吃辣的點小辣應該也尚可接受，這次用團購券的方式感覺很划算，因為菜單上的單價都不便宜啊！(遠目)

120909_苗栗半日遊

　　The day I got up early and rode my scooter to Miaoli. I spent just one and half hours, and I think the reason is that I rode fast. When I arrived Tongluo Station, I waited for my friend, who is major in Geography . Because I was so hungry, she took me to a street vendor who sells the most famous egg cake.After I tasted it, I told my friend that it`s amazing.

　　After making my stomach full, we started the schedule today, the first place we went to is Hakka Museum. The museum is so huge that it can contains lots of people, and the most important thing is that the temperature inside is very comfortable. I learned much in formation about the culture of Hakka after visiting the museum filled with passengers.

　　The next destination was  Mt. Jiuhua, where the temple named Da Xing Shan Temple locates. The temple is solemn, but people servicing there are very nice. Furthermore, no matter soup or noodles supplied there we have to completely eat in order to make the containers clean and learned that we must respect food.

　　Such a religious experience was so fresh for me. Because the time was tight, we began to go to the final point today. It was a root for salt transportation in the past, and it made me very very tired. During this way, we saw some cute animals and beautiful scenery.

　　Why did we make us so tired? That did not make any sense. The answer was that entering Flying Cow Ranch without paying any money for the tickets. My friend told me that she did not pay the bill when she was  a child. It made me so scared and I found nobody guarding there, and we entered the ranch easily.

　　After almost three and half hours, we completed and I could not even move anymore. We together sat on the bench for a long because we were too tired to ride our scooters.

　　My friend told me that she felt hungry and she wanted to bring me to a ice cream shop where she often goes. And she also bought wheel pies for me to taste. The snow cone and the wheel pie are so delicious.

　　I told my friend I would like to see her dog, whose name is Niu Niu, and take pictures for the dog. Niu Niu is unlike other dogs, she is very gentle instead of rushing around and barking all the time so that it is very effortless for to me to take photos for such a beautiful lady.
